RECIPE: Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

I’m not going to beat around the bush – let’s make some Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge!

This recipe is the infamous Kraft Fantasy Fudge PLUS Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Here we go…

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge ingredients

Ingredients:  3 Cups sugar, 1-1/2 sticks butter (or margarine), 1 can (5 0z.) evaporated milk, 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Squares, 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Line a 9″ square (or similar-sized) baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving some hang over on the sides to lift it out of the dish.

Microwave butter for 1 minute or until melted.

Add sugar and milk.

Mix well.  Microwave for 3 minutes.  Stir.  Microwave an additional 2 minutes or until it starts to boil.  Scrape down the sides of the dish and microwave another 3 minutes.  Stir.  Microwave another 2-1/2 minutes.

Let stand 2 minutes.

Chop Chocolate

Meanwhile, chop up the Chocolate baking squares.

Now for the best part – add the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!  The fudge sets up fairly quickly, so you’ll need to add the Reese’s Cups ASAP!

Chose any pattern you like.  I decided one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup per fudge square! 😀  Let stand at room temp. for 4 hours or until completely cooled.  I had to put these in the ‘fridge since it’s summer and my house was near 80* inside.  They set up very nicely this way! 😀
