Happy Chocolate Covered Monday everybody!

I’m sure it will be no surprise to you that I had a craving for some Chocolate yesterday.

I also had a craving for ice cream.

I found a quick and easy way to satisfy this craving with these Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches.

As you can see, all it takes are some homemade Nestle Chocolate Chip Cookies, your ice cream flavor of choice and even some mini Chocolate Chips for additional decoration, if you like.

    Yum! Those look delicious. My daughter asked me a few days ago if we can make ice cream sandwiches with Mint Chip ice cream. Sounds like a plan to me!
