I know, you’re probably thinking, “Chocolate science? What on earth are you talking about NOW Laura?”
I’m talking about this very interesting (and yes, somewhat dorky) video about the science of Chocolate titled, ‘How Chocolate is Made‘. It actually has some great information about the basics of breaking down the cocoa bean to make Chocolate as well as the effects Chocolate has on those who consume it – a.k.a. CHOCOHOLICS! Duh! :)
