Chocolate Peanut Clusters Recipe

Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Makes about 2 dozen

1/2 Cup HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Shortening (do NOT use butter, margarine, spread or oil
1 Cup Unsalted, Roasted Peanuts

1.  Place Milk Chocolate chips, SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in peanuts.

2. Drop by teaspoons into 1-inch diameter candy or petit four papers. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.

    Hi there…I had to come over and say hi…you commented on my Silverwood trip over on Momdot. Wanted to come and meet a fellow Washingtonian blogger. I lived in Federal Way for about 5 years while I worked at Seatac Mall…(a long time ago)…lol!
