Quick Chocolate Tasting Tip

As in wine tasting, if you will be experimenting with several varieties of Chocolate, work from light to dark.  Start with White Chocolate and end with Bittersweet Chocolate.

Do you have any Chocolate tasting tips?  I’d love to hear them.

Interesting! I’m never stopped long enough to eat chocolate in a certain order. It never even occurred to me to do this.

Hey, have you ever tried to leave chocolate in your mouth long enough to melt it? It’s IMPOSSIBLE for me. I eat it EVERY time!

In the mood for love. And wine. And chocolate.

As you can tell, I love this topic! Thanks for opening up this conversation, Laura. By the way, has anyone ever paired white chocolate with champagne? In my mind, that combination sounds excellent.
